With an academic background rooted in Law and Business Economics, she obtained a Master's in Business Law and a PhD in Economics from SDA Bocconi. Her professional career unfolded for 21 years within an international Banking Group, initially as the Head of the Legal Office and later as a Territorial Director. In 2008, in response to the financial market crisis and the misalignment between the banking industry's guidelines and her professional ethics, she embarked on a courageous transformation. She kept a distance from the banking world to enrich her academic background with experimental studies on the Economics of emerging global markets and the application of Comparative Law in international financial intermediation at the Kent University in Canterbury.

After a managerial experience in the real estate sector in Rye, East Sussex (United Kingdom), she returned to Italy to collaborate with Roncucci & Partners on an experimental Green Economy Global project.

In 2012, Roncucci and Partners proposed her to lead a "Business Mission" in India to develop the activities of Chennai branch. Since, she coordinates the business development of Roncucci and Partners in the Chennai and Bangalore branches.
